If we do not receive confirmation of your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we will have to cancel your booking to accommodate clients on our waiting list. Additionally, please note that clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior

communication will also have their appointment canceled, as we must ensure smooth scheduling for all clients.  In order to rebook, a cancellation fee equivalent to the service charge will be required.
